Oh, one tyrant likes another tyrant, figures. After 8 months of scratching around they found someone stupid enough to take their money, your video card money. Another totally noobed on amd jerkwad to order the threadbare staff around and blow more dough switching things around. Hey, at least it's good pr play to the milliionaire industry elite the corpo pig in the red amd really cares about
That guy accomplished more in his life than your entire family bloodline in the +/- 10,000 years from today. Radeon graphics is already in the lead this generation with gaming + compute capabilities. Glad to see their team is getting even stronger.
I believe we can fairly say just in the last few weeks you've worked +/- far more than $10,000 worth of raving rabid amd fanboy pr pravda pumped bloviating idiocy. Since your family has disowned you, the monkees are freer.
First time the move is more high profile than in the past, but that's ok because amd is doing it. Besides, he was just promoting his own modified law... wow what a surprise that is, an arrogant overpaid millionaire profit pig, huh. I'm sure the fans will tell us Jen-Hsung is far, far worse, even though he co-founded nVidia.
lol, dude do you really have to comment on every post with your nonsense? And seriously, are you saying that somehow Millionares working for AMD are worse than millionares at Intel and nVidia? xD
...it'll actually matter. For the time being, we're stuck with what they've been working on for years. By the time these new hires could make any difference, AMD may well be out of business if they don't turn around their fortunes with the products they already have.
And right now, the 7xxx series is more or less matching while costing less than nVidia's mainstream part (which they conveniently upcharged) while AMD is still crapping out tons and tons of Bulldozer-based parts that are like Netburst's Greatest Hit Collection.
That's funny that you say that. GK104 may be mid-range Kepler part but it doesn't matter. This round NV couldn't deliver the goods; losing both the price/performance and single-GPU performance all in 1 sweet, and completely giving up the compute capabilities in graphics. Hopefully, they'll be more competitive when GTX700 series launches.

The first time I've ever seen someone go on like that, guess he sees a lot of potential in working with AMD's GPU's.CeriseCogburn - Wednesday, August 29, 2012 - link
